<i>Gradirripas, Lda. é uma empresa familiar, propriedade da família Violante, oriunda de Pernes, concelho de Santarém, situada bem no centro do país. Um saber que remonta aos finais do século XIX, quando Manuel dos Santos Violante trabalhava a madeira como uma verdadeira arte. A sociedade com a atual designação de Gradirripas – Artigos em madeira Lda., foi constituída em 2006 e dedica-se, sobretudo, ao fabrico de caixas em madeira para vinhos e produtos gourmet, bem como à produção de artigos em madeira para cozinha e pequeno mobiliário. A madeira utilizada no fabrico dos artigos provém, essencialmente, de pinhais da região centro de Portugal, adquirida a produtores que asseguram a sustentabilidade das florestas. Para tal, são feitas novas plantações em substituição das árvores abatidas para a indústria. A Gradirripas só adquire madeira a fornecedores devidamente legalizados, sujeitos a fiscalizações periódicas no que respeita à origem da madeira e ao controlo do nemátodo do pinheiro. A madeira é sujeita a secagem em estufa, onde permanece o tempo necessário para garantir um produto de qualidade, isento de humidades e do vírus do nemátodo, que tem atingido as florestas portuguesas. A madeira trabalhada pela Gradirripas é devidamente identificada através do passaporte fitossanitário, que acompanha cada lote de matéria-prima adquirido. Á medida que se vai triturando a farinha começa a formar uma bola de massa. Mexer e voltar a triturar, até obter a consistência desejada.</div>

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Corte os morangos em pedaços pequenos coloque no copo da bimby e triturar 1 minuto vel. 7 para obter um puré. </span></div>

<span style="line-height: 18.48px;"><span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Num tacho pequeno coloque o puré de morangos juntamente com as folhas de hortelã e leve ao lume até ferver. </span></span></div>

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Colocar as folhas de gelatina num recipiente com água fria durante 15 minutos.<br />Retire o tacho do lume e junte as folhas de gelatina, mexendo até a gelatina se dissolver. Deixe repousar por 15 minutos.<br />Passe a mistura por um passador de rede e deixe arrefecer à temperatura ambiente.<br />Bata as natas juntamente com o queijo, acrescente o açúcar em pó e bata até estar cremoso.<br />Envolva o preparado anterior na mistura de morangos.<br />Dispor metade da mousse em taças.</span></div>

11 gr de fermento de padeiro seco ou 40 gr fermento fresco<br />

Pulverize a casca da laranja, 10 seg vel 9. Reserve.<br />
No copo coloque o leite e uma pitada de sal programe 2 min 37º vel 2. Adicionar 200 gr de farinha, o fermento seco e programe 2 min vel espiga. Retire a massa do copo, coloque-a dentro de um recipiente, polvilhada com farinha e tape com papel aderente e uma toalha. Deixe repousar a massa durante cerca de 30/40 minutos ou até dobrar o volume.<br />
Coloque novamente a massa no copo, pressione a massa de forma a que o seu volume baixe. Adicione o vinho do porto, 1 ovo, a casca de laranja pulverizada previamente, o açúcar, a margarina, as 300 gr de farinha e a água, programe 5 min vel espiga.<br />
Leve a levedar. Coloque a massa novamente num recipiente e polvilhe com farinha e tape com papel aderente e uma toalha. Deixe repousar a massa durante cerca de 1 hora ou até dobrar o volume.<br />
Estique a massa com cerca de 30x40cm e dividir em 2 partes iguais.<br />
Recheie a massa com Nutella (aqueci uns segundos no microondas para ficar mais mole) e polvilhei com as avelãs trituradas.<br />
Enrole as duas bases da massa.<br />
Faça pequenos cortes na parte lateral dos rolos de massa.<br />
Coloque em 2 formas de pudim, previamente untadas com margarina e polvilhadas com farinha. Deixe levedar cerca de 30/40 minutos, tapado com uma toalha.<br />
Pincele com 1 ovo inteiro.<br />
Coloque no forno previamente aquecido a 180º graus durante 30/40 minutos. Verificando sempre a cozedura do mesmo. Dentro do forno coloque uma taça de barro com agua, para criar humidade.<br />
Retire, pincele com geleia de marmelo, deixe arrefecer e polvilhe com açucar em pó.<br />
Esta massa rende dois bolos mas se preferir fazer um Bolo Rei de Chocolate grande, proceda da mesma forma, como explico em cima, só não divida as massa por duas partes iguais.<br />

<b>Preparação:</b></div>
Lavar e limpar a couve, cortá-la em juliana, levar a cozer em água temperada com sal.<br />
Depois da couve ferver, colocar o bacalhau, quando estiver cozido, retira-se o bacalhau e desfaz-se em lascas e limpa-se as espinhas e peles e deixar a escorrer a couve num passador.<br />
Cortar as cebolas em meias luas para um tacho, juntar os dentes de alho picados, o presunto em cubinhos, a folha de louro e o azeite, temperar com pimenta a gosto, levar ao lume e deixar alourar a cebola, juntar o bacalhau e deixar refogar bem.<br />
Coloca-se a broa em pedaços no copo da bimby e tritura-se cerca de 10 seg. vel. 7.<br />

Coloque no copo 300 gr de água, o sal e a batata doce e coza 20mns/T.100º/Colher inversa/V. Colher.<br />
Escorra com a ajuda do cesto.<br />
Coloque no copo a batata, 200 gr de água e misture 10 seg/V.5.<br />
Adicione o fermento e o alho e misture 5 seg/V.7.<br />
Adicione a farinha e amasse 2 mns/V.Espiga.<br />
Deixe levedar num local morno cerca de 40mns ou até que dobre de volume.<br />
Retire a massa para uma superfície polvilhada com farinha, faça 8 bolas e espalme ligeiramente.<br />
Coloque ao lume uma frigideira e deixe cada porção cozinhar 4 minutos, vire e cozinhe mais 4mns.<br />

Para os moldar utilizei um utensílio da tupperware e panei com sementes de linhaça, rendeu 12 hambúrguer, congelei metade e os restantes coloquei no forno sobre papel vegetal pincelados com azeite cerca 20 minutos a 200º, mas podem também ser grelhados numa frigideira anti aderentes sem gordura.</div>

<strong>Preparação:</strong><br />
No copo coloque a água, a mariscada (antes retire as delicias e reserve), tempere com sal e acrescente a malagueta, programe 10 min. 100º C vel colher inversa.<br />
No final da cozedura e com a ajuda do cesto, verta a água para o recipiente onde está o pão. Reserve a mariscada no cesto.<br />
No copo coloque o azeite, os dentes de alho, os coentros e pique 10 seg. vel 5, de seguida refogue<strong> </strong>5 min. 100º C vel 1. <br />
Coloque a borboleta, adicione o pão e a água da cozedura (reservados) e programe 10 min. 100º C vel colher inversa<strong> . </strong>Nos últimos 5 minutos<strong> </strong>adicione através da tampa o camarão e a ameijoa, retifique os temperos. Nos últimos 2 minutos adicione através da tampa os ovos e as delicias do mar reservadas.<br />
Sirva de seguida decorada com uns camarões e acompanhe com uma salada de alface.<br />

<strong>Ingredientes:</strong><br />
300 gr açúcar, reduzi para 250 gr<br />
150 gr farinha com fermento e acrescentei uma colher de chá de fermento em pó<br />
40 gr cacau em pó, já utilizei também chocolate e cacau porque não tinha suficiente e fica igualmente bom<br />
4 ovos + 4 gemas<br />
margarina para untar e farinha para polvilhar<br />
<br />
<strong>Preparação:</strong><br />
Encaixar a borboleta no copo da bimby, colocar os ovos e o açúcar e programar 37º 8 minutos velocidade 4.<br />
Ligar o forno a 180º.<br />
Adicionar o cacau e a farinha peneirada e programar 20 segundos velocidade 4.<br />
Untar a forma com buraco com a margarina e polvilhar com a farinha, verter o preparado e levar ao forno aproximadamente 35 minutos.<br />
Retire do forno, desenforme e feixe arrefecer e bom apetite!!<br />

Colocar no tabuleiro do forno uma folha de papel vegetal e colocar pequenos montinhos afastados uns dos outros e levar ao forno. O tempo depende da dimensão da bolacha e do forno até ficarem douradinhas.</div>

<br /> 1 frasco com capacidade de 1 litro<br /> 1 1/3 chávena chá de farinha<br /> 1 colher chá fermento em pó<br /> 1 colher de chá de bicabornato de sódio<br /> 1/4 colher de chá de sal<br /> 1 chávena de chá de flocos de aveia<br /> 1 chávena de chá de chocolate com 75% cacau picado<br /> 1/2 chávena de chá de açúcar amarelo<br /> 1/2 chávena de chá açúcar branco<br />

<strong>Preparação do frasco:</strong><br />
<br />Misturar a farinha, o fermento em pó, o bicabornato de sódio e o sal. Colocar no frasco e pressionar bem , para que fique bem compacto.<br /> De seguida colocar os flocos de aveia. Por cima dos flocos de aveia, colocar o chocolate.<br /> Por cima do chocolate, colocar o açúcar amarelo e por cima deste o açúcar branco.<br /> Em cada camada pressionar, de forma a que caibam todos os ingredientes<br /> Depois é fechar o frasco e decorar a gosto.<br />
<br /><em><strong>No frasco colocar a seguinte etiqueta com as instruções:</strong></em><br />
<em>Pré-aquecer o forno a 180 Cº, preparar um tabuleiro com uma folha de papel vegetal.<br /> Colocar o contéudo do frasco numa taça grande e misturar com 1/2 chávena de manteiga derretida, 1 ovo e 1/2 colher de chá de extrato de baunilha.<br /> Fazer pequenas bolas com a massa e coloca-las no tabuleiro, levar ao forno cerca de 10 mn.</em><br />
